Ministry leaders in this church like to promote their upcoming activities with flyers and posters on the walls of the campus. For our church, this had become a nightmare as dozens of ministries competed for space. Additionally the materials on the walls were of varying degrees of quality--some you wanted to stop and look at. Others--well--you wanted to take them off the wall completely.

Our solution was to hire a company to custom manufacture acrylic poster frames for the walls of the campus. We installed some 400 frames throughout the buildings of this large church campus. Measuring 18 x 24 inches, they allowed us to standardize posters to this format. Combined with a large-format color printer, which prints posters 18 x 24 inches and larger, we made prints in-house and placed them in the frames.

Activities are now represented by colorful and high-quality graphics on campus, and the appearance of the campus is noticeably cleaner with all wall materials contained in designated frames. Typically these posters are of a more generic nature--very few words so they can be read at a glance in passing. Some are swapped out every week, and most posters remain on display for about 6 weeks.
