An Update from Communicorps Founder Gene Mason

March 2010

This is a tremendous season for ministry in North America. Within my own city of Atlanta, Georgia we are experiencing an explosion of opportunity to reach multiethnic groups in our own community. There is also a great need for additional compassion and mercy ministries to those in need. What is amazing to me is that God is orchestrating circumstances which more closely align our church with His Word when it comes to serving the poor and needy and reaching all nations for His glory.

Within the communications realm I have fully embraced social media channels as a tool to further the ministry of the church. Each day is an experiment in this area as we seek to most effectively use our resources to connect people to Christ and ministry.

Please if you have time while you're here, read the Aligning section and the articles on aligning, as I believe those to be tremendously valuable for the next generation church. Now more than ever it is important that believers hold to the truth of Scripture to combat the relativism so prominent in our nation today.
