Disciple-Making

The biblical process of learning more about Christ and engaging Him in a daily relationship through His Word, prayer and fellowship with other believers, becoming more like Him in heart, mind, actions and attitude, and leading others to do the same.

This differs somewhat from the modern term discipleship, which is more closely associated with personal Bible study. The primary elements of disciple-making are:

• An intense and consistent engagement with God's Word
• Engaging your own students (disciples) as you re-teach what you are learning in the Word and together take advantage of opportunities to live out those beliefs
