About the "Trinity" Design
The classic three ring design here represents the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Interestingly, the word "trinity" is not mentioned in the Bible, but is a word we use to help us understand who the Lord is--three Persons but one God. I aged the circles slightly to give it a more traditional look. The logo works well at all sizes. Here is is presented as an old style treatment, but a light, solid color design with a modern typeface would also work very well if a more contemporary look is desired.
Suggested Colors and Typefaces
Color selections (spot colors based on Pantone coated color selector): Pantone 575U and 576U. Process color options can be explored using the available Layered Photoshop File (PSD).
Typeface Used: IM Fell English Pro by Ingino Marini (Click here for download information). The subtle variations in lettering size and irregular lines give this face the look of one that has been pounded into a letterpress for centuries. The old style look belies a strong readable face which I would use in title and logos, but avoid placing in long blocks of type.
