About the "Rotation" Design
This logo puts the cross, representing Christ, at the center of the unending thread of life circulating about it. The idea here was "the earth revolving around Christ". The logo works well at all size applications.
Suggested Colors and Typefaces
Color selections (spot colors based on Pantone coated color selector): Pantone 617U and 619U. Process color options can be explored using the available Layered Photoshop File (PSD).
Typeface Used: Sabon by ITC (Click here for purchasing information). In the early 1960s, the German masterprinters’ association requested that a new typeface be designed and produced in identical form on both Linotype and Monotype machines so that text and technical composition would match. The name refers to Jacques Sabon, who introduced Garamond’s romans to Frankfurt, although the typefaces that Sabon himself cut towards the end of the sixteenth century have a faintly awkward style of their own.
