About the "Forward" Design
Here the arrows represent motion or momentum. They also point "up" toward heaven. The arrows are made of multiple dots, representing a congregation of people. The weakness in this design is that many may take the pointers to represent numerical growth, which I do not particularly ascribe to as a purpose of the church. The logo does, however, work well at all size applications.
Suggested Colors and Typefaces
Color selections (spot colors based on Pantone coated color selector): Pantone 713U, 717U and 704U. Process color options can be explored using the available Layered Photoshop File (PSD).
Typeface Used: Janson by Linotype (Click here for purchasing information). A faithful recreation of one of the great seventeenth century Dutch typefaces cut by the protestant Transylvanian Nicolas Kis. An excellent, clean and open text face, suitable for headlines as well as body text.
